Students must bring their passports.
It is up to parents to ensure that their children have the documentation required to attend these courses, in line with their personal circumstances, nationalities, etc. The College of the Holy Child Jesus assumes no liability in this regard.
Anorak or windcheater, 2 pullovers (1 wool & 1 cotton), 3 pairs of short trousers, 3 pairs of long trousers or skirts, 4 T-shirts, 4 shirts, 6 pairs of socks, 8 sets of underwear, 2 pairs of pyjamas or nightdresses, 1 swimsuit, 2 large towels and sports kit.
The only money that students are likely to spend is on are gifts for their families and friends, excursions and personal expenses. The college therefore recommends that they bring 120 € for two weeks and 200 € for four weeks.
Parents should hand over this money to their children. When they reach the College they may leave the money with the administration department, which will then hand it back to them according to their needs.
The boys' and girls' dormitories are in separate buildings. A monitor will answer any questions and help you to organise your wardrobe if necessary.
You may find it difficult to relate to and communicate with other students at first, but everyone is in the same situation. Remember that you can ask a monitor if you have any problems or doubts.
