GENERAL CONDICIONS
  1. MATRICULATION FEE
    Matriculation deposits must be paid upon registration of the student. The matriculation fee is separate from the course fee that appears in the Course brochuse. In case of the College not being able to offer the student a place on the Course, the matriculation fee is deemed returnable.

  2. PAYMENTS
    All payments must be by cheque, made payable to the College of the Holy Child Jesus.

  3. POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS
    The College of the Holy Child Jesus reserves the right to alter, modify or annul a course, partially or in its entirety, if special circumstances dictate it.

  4. The College of the Holy Child Jesus acts only and excusively as an agent for the travel companies used to transport students to and from the Course location and is therefore not responsible for any damage or accident incurred, nor for any inconvenience caused by alteration of routes etc.

  5. If, once started a Course, a student wishes to abandon it, the College of the Holy Child Jesus is not liable for
    reimbursements of any kind, nor for payments of any return fares.

  6. EXPULSIONS
    The student is bound to the general rules governing the college and the country the College is situated in. In case of happenings leading to the expulsion of a student from one of our Courses, the College of the Holy Child Jesus is not liable for any reinbursement for incomplete courses, nor for any return fares.

  7. The College of the Holy Child Jesus is allowed to use any photografic or academical material for promotional purposes, in the College brochures and booklets.

  8. The student is liable for all medical and hospital costs incurred, outside those covered by the College medical insurance.

  9. PRICES
    Fees are based and calculated according to October exchanges. Increases in prices greater that 3% will be included in the price of the Course.

  10. CANCELLATION FEES
    All cancellations must be put down in writting.

    RECEIP OF CANCELLATION DATES CANCELLATION FEES
    Between 30 and 20 days before departure date ................. 25% of total fee.
    Between 20 and 10 days before departure date ................. 50% of total fee.
    Ten days or less before departure date ............................... 100%

  11. PASSPORTS
    For courses based in England, the student must be in possession of an Identification Card.
    Student less than 16 years-old require written authorization from their parents.
    For the United States course, a full passport is required.

  12. EMERGENCIES
    The College of the Holy Child Jesus is authorised to make decisions deemed opportune, in case of emergency, illness
    or accident.
